‘House of Cards’ Recap: Netflix Premieres Season 3 Kevin Spacey Robin Wright Political Drama, Where Did Frank Underwood Leave Off? [VIDEO]

After a year waiting for the continuation of the series about the man with the least scruples in the entire Washington D.C., Frank Underwood (played by Kevin Spacey in a Golden Globe-winning performance), the new season is now available on Netflix - so it's high time for a "House of Cards" recap.

As the third season of the political drama has now become available, those who had lagged on their viewings of the first 26 episodes of the series are now attempting to catch up with the goings about of Frank and his wife Claire (Robin Wright), even if it means going through "House of Cards" recaps online - only a couple of weeks after Netflix mistakenly leaked the third season on the website.

As The Washington Post reports, the big thing to remember in a "House of Cards" recap leading up to the third season is this: terrifyingly enough and after stepping on the toes of everyone remotely in his way, Frank Underwood is now the President of the United States.

Of course, how he got there is absolutely insane, as can be shown in any "House of Cards" recap: over the last season, Frank turned President Walker (Michael Gill) against billionaire and Frank's nemesis Raymond Tusk (Gerald McRaney), successfully isolating POTUS until he could trust nobody but Frank himself - which allowed him to perform a coup de grace.

In the meantime, he managed to basically massacre the President's name, all while manipulating the Secretary of State Catherine Durant (Jayne Atkinson) and Majority Whip Jackie Sharp (Molly Parker) to have them in his pocket as allies for his ultimate plan: taking over the White House.

However, as Slash Film reports, the best ever "House of Cards" recap is barely nine minutes long, and posted on the YouTube channel of The Fine Brothers, in a video full of spoilers.
