Ingredients
10-12 pound bone-in ham
1/2 cup whole cloves
1 cup brown sugar
4 cups water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place ham in a foiled-line roast pan, fattier side up.
3. Press the cloves into the top at 1 to 2 inch intervals.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 4 1/2 hours.
5. Let set for about 30 minutes then carve.
