How To Make Three Korean Vegetable Wrapped Rices

Planning a diet is one of the issues of most housewives, wrapped rice in vegetables would make it easy. Because wrapped rice dish is made with fresh season vegetables, it helps to prepare a well-balanced diet. It has some benefits. Rice Wrapped In Kelp With Vegetables

Kelp helps to clean blood and prevents adult diseases and obesity.

Ingredients
kelp, cucumber, paprika, crab meat (you can substitute it with imitation crab meat.), radish sprouts, red chili-pepper paste with vinegar
Red chili-pepper paste sauce
1 tbsp red chili-pepper paste sauce, 1 tbsp red chili-pepper paste, 1 tbsp oligosaccharides, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp minced green onion, juice of half a lemon,1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp sesames

Directions
1. Put the red chili-pepper paste sauce ingredients in a large bowl, and mix them well.
2. Let macerate kelps for 15 minutes, rinse them in cold water, and then remove water. Cut into 4.5×2.5 inches.
3. Julienne a cucumber and a paprika into 2.5 inches. Rinse radish sprouts; tear crab meat into thin strips.
4. Put the vegetables and crab meat on the kelps. Roll them and serve them with red chili-pepper paste sauce.

Rice Wrapped In Lettuce With Tuna

Ingredients
lettuce, rice, salt, black sesame, sesame oil, a can of tuna, red pepper, ssamjang

Making Ssamjang
1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste), 2 tbsp red-pepper paste, 2 tbsp minced onion, 1tsp sugar, 1 tsp minced green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp kelp stock

Directions
1. Warm up rice for a second in the microwave. (if rice is already warm, just skip it.)
2. Put a bit of salt, a bit of sesame oil, a bit of black sesame on rice and mix them well.
3. Put lettuces on a platter. Compress rice into balls and put the each rice ball on the center of each lettuce.
4. Put tuna, red pepper on top of the rice balls. Serve them with ssamjang.
5. Put a bit of ssamjang on a rice ball and wrap it.

Rice Wrapped In The Cabbage

It will give you a chance to feel the harmony that is made with slight sweetness of cabbage, fresh scent of watery parsley, and a slight bitterness of sedums. It does not take a long time and easy to make. Cabbage is low in sodium and rich in fiber to make you feel full. It also has a pretty look.

Ingredients
1 cabbage, water parsley, sedums, rice, sesame, ssamjang

Directions
1. Tear each leave off a cabbage. put them on the steamer. Steam them for 5 minutes.
2. Season rice with sesame oil and sesame.
3. Make ssamjang.
4. Spread the seasoned rice on the cabbages, roll it up. Tie each roll with watery parsley.
5. Set them up vertically in a plate. On the top of each roll, put ssamjang and sedums. Serve.
