Molly Shattuck Stands No-Guilty Plea For Rape Charges, Pre-Trial Case Review Set in March, Will She Be Convicted?

Molly Shattuck facebook post to her page was flooded with support for the ex- Ravens cheerleader who was accused of rape for a 15-year-old teenage boy. Molly Shattuck appeared on Wednesday at the Sussex courtroom and stand by her no-guilty plea.

As previously reported by Food World News, Shattuck was charged of nine counts of sexual charges for having sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy that include two counts of third-degree rape, obtaining alcohol for minor and second degree unlawful sexual contact. Molly Shattuck will face a pre-trial case review on March 18 before the final review on March 23.

Molly Shattuck surrendered herself to authorities in Nov. 5 after she was found to be involved in the rape case with the minor. Molly Shattuck interest with the boy started in Instagram.

It was followed by subsequent encounter with the boy as she fetches him during lunch break where reports suggest that she performed sexual acts with the minor in the parking lot several times.

Molly Shattuck had her last encounter with the boy in Bethany Beach in her rest house where she performed oral sex to the boy two times. She even offered the boy sex, but the minor resisted and left.

McDonogh School banned Molly Shattuck in entering the school since the news came. Delaware State Police raided her home and confiscated all evidences for the case including cell phones, computers and her pink bra and underwear that she wore during the final encounter.

During the high profile case review on Wednesday, the courthouse staff offered Molly Shattuck a way to avoid the reporters waiting for her at the front door by letting her exit in the rear door, USA Today reported.
