Joan Rivers' Last Will of Testament Reveals: All Assets of the Comedian Left in Living Trust

Joan River's will and testament was disclosed by ABC that all her assets will all be left in living trust. However, the details about her assets as to how much is division of it or "how big is big" were not exposed to protect their privacy and some other security matters.

Joan Rivers, 81, a comedian and host died on Aug. 28 during her operations in Manhattan at Yorkville Endoscopy. Because of what had happened the Health Department of new York State has the reason found out that the clinic where River chose to have her operation was deficient in all four categories. However, the representative of the clinic explained that, "immediately submitted and implemented a plan of correction that addressed all issues raised."

Weeks after that, there was a report coming from US Department of Health as well as the Human services that there were staff who took pictures of River using cell phone while she was still sedated. Moreover, the staff or person in-charge of River "failed to identify deteriorating vital signs and provide timely intervention during the procedure."

Melissa Rivers did not confirm yet if she will file a lawsuit to find justice against the clinic.  But according to Melissa's attorney, she will make sure that what had happened to her mother will never ever to be happened again to other. Attorney Ben Rubinowitz and Jeffrey B. Bloom did not mention how Melissa will do that for sure there are already plans laid.

It is mentioned in some other reports that in River's last will her assets will be divided Melissa Rivers, her daughter. There are also others names mentioned like Michael D. Karlin, River's longtime business manager and Robert Higdon her interior designer as well as her co-executor.  The will was filed on Dec. 5 in New York State Surrogate.
