Perfect Smoothie For Smoother, Younger, Glowing Skin

Ingredients:

5-7 super ripe organic bananas peeled & frozen prior to blending for more frothy texture

½ cup of organic spinach

½ cup fresh organic blueberries (frozen if not in season)

24 oz. of coconut water or filtered water

1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder

¼ avocado
