Search engine giant Google has updated their website over the weekend in order to aid mobile and tablet users who are looking through the internet for ideas regarding their Christmas shopping.
Google reportedly has included posher functions for the said users in order to let them search easily. This is said to be in line with Black Friday as Google is to show extra information about the product one wants to buy.
The added information includes where the product is available and reviews about it. The "shopping" tab of Google is not required to be used in order to gain access over these information. Basically, the information will just pop together with the products and Google. Another option added for users is to use either 3D or a 360-degree rotation tool in order to view products but not everything.
According to google, half of the demographics of people aged between 25and 34 years old use their smartphones so as to shop even if they are already in the store. Google pressed in a statement that the additional features will help these shoppers multitask and to be able to track down the items that they want to buy anytime and anywhere.
Also, users and shoppers are encouraged not to go to the stores anymore and just find great deals over the internet. The features are available now so users can get the feel of it before the holiday rush kicks in.
Other information revealed by google is that after Thanksgiving, 27 percent of people actually start going to Google to ask the top questions such as: "What time do stores open on Black Friday," "what time does Black Friday start," "when does Black Friday end" and "what to buy on Black Friday."
