Selena Gomez Promotes New Single, Talks About Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez has just released her latest single called "The Heart Wants What the Heart Wants" and she has stopped by at "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" to talk more about her latest track.

The 22-year-old star talked about the track being part of her Greatest Hits Collection called "For You", which is set to be out on November 24, this year.

The singer admits that the song is indeed about her on-and-off boyfriend Justin Bieber. She said, "I support him. I think I always will. I'm upset when he's upset, I'm happy when he's happy. I don't want anything bad to ever happen to him. It hurts me. That's all."

She added that people form their own opinions and linked it to being her biggest problem this year. She noted that she and Bieber did not have any identity pressing that she was trying to figure out what she wants to do and that it was the first time she was being kicked down constantly because of that.

She noted that she always tells herself: This is what I want, this is where I am in my professional life, things changed in my personal life, things changed in my heart-everything.' She added she and Bieber has made decisions that weren't that great but pressed it has made them both better.

As for t music video, the vibe was very emotional and Gomez said that Bieber already saw it a year ago and she shared her beau thought it was beautiful. She also added that Swift got to watch it beforehand pressing that Swift loved it because it was very dramatic and added that she loved her best friend so much.

She shared, "She came over to the house, and I played it. She had headphones in, and she watched the video, and then she just looked at me, then she looked back, and then played it three times over and over again. And I'm like, 'I want to know,' and she was like, 'Oh my God. This is amazing. I'm so excited for you.'"

She added that she shot the video over a year ago and the video features her being in a state where she was in a place she was emotionally stressed. She added she went into her room by herself and she looked into the mirror also seen in the music video and she talked to herself about every question she had in mind making it more dramatic and more real.
