Miley Cyrus and Rihanna- The amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles turned into fashion face-off between Divas, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna. The gala is a charity benefit raising event for aids research that happened on Wednesday night.
Rihanna walked through the red carpet with her revealing white Tom Ford ensemble with sexy slits on the sides. Her blushes were just covered with purple flower jewels. Her outfit was further accented with thigh high black stockings paired with purple heels.
Miley Cyrus and Rihanna both wore Tom Ford's creations "Sex on a Plate" 2015 gown spring collection which was presented during London fashion week. Miley entered the event with an eye catching black and meshed bondage-inspired Tom Ford gown.
Other celebrities who graced the event include host Gwyneth Paltrow, Lea Michele, Sharon Stone, Eddie Redmayne, Kelly Osbourne, Justin Timberlake, Dita Von Teese, Milla Jovovich, Alessandra Ambrosio, Patricia Arquette, Natasha Bedingfield, Lea Michele, Ryan Murphy, Molly Sims, Rita Wilson, amfAR Chairman Kenneth Cole and Bryan Lourd and many more.
The Hollywood stars together with Miley Cyrus and Rihanna paid tribute to Tom Ford for his contributions to fight against AIDS at the 5th annual benefit. The event started in 2010 to highlight fashion and style while collecting funds for AIDS research program.
During the program, some stars donated and bid in the featured auction. Miley Cyrus and Rihanna were among the top donors for the research program.
Rihanna didn't mind spending $135,000 at the gala auction. She had reportedly spent on Harry Winston diamond link earrings with 72 diamonds set for $35,000 and on vintage photograph of Elizabeth Taylor for $100,000.
Cyrus splurged a total of $500,000 for donating $200,000 to the AIDS charity and bidding $300,000 on a photograph of Ryan McGinley.
