Fox's personal trainer, Harley Pasternak shared on Us Weekly how the stunning actress got back into shape so fast. Pasternak claims, she is not starving and she's just eating the right kind of carbs in her diet. Pasternak, 40, is also the trainer of Lady Gaga, Jenifer Hudson and Katy Perry.
Megan Fox diet is consisting of fiber, protein and healthy fat each meal. "She just eats the right carbs. She has a low-sugar diet. It's so sustainable, it's so moderate, she's not doing any zero this/zero that, added Pasternak. "She eats three meals and two snacks a day."
The beautiful actress is a busy mother of two, and a step-mom to Kassius, her husband Brian Austin Green's son from an earlier relationship. She personally prepares all her meals at home.
In the morning, Megan Fox diet is usually a smoothie or an egg white omelet with some avocado for her healthy fat sources. The "Transformer" actress will then have hummus and veggies for snacks and a salad with grilled chicken for lunch, shared by Fox's fitness expert.
Aside from Megan Fox diet plan, she is also consistent in working out to regain her strength. She undergoes resistance training with Pasternak at least three times a week to focus on her posture and muscles.
