Take a Look What’s Inside Kim and Kayne’s $20 Million California Estate

Kim Kardashian and Kayne West happily announced they purchased a $20 million French Country Farmhouse mansion in Hidden Hills, California a 5-minute drive from Kris Jenner's home in Calabasas.

And this time, it seems that the couple has found the space of their own. The newlyweds have been staying with Kim's mother, Kris Jenner since birth of North, the couple's daughter born in June 2013.

"Oh, I am so ready!" Kim said. "I am so ready to be out of my mom's house, you have no idea. But it will be nice to still be close."

Apparently, the couple has lashed out $20 million while on the process of renovating their $11 million Bel Air dream house after finding their new estate, just near where Jenner lives.

Kim answered why she and her husband didn't move into their Bel Air home, "When we bought our Bel Air house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant. After you have a baby, you realize that you need so many other things and a different kind of space. So being in the city is a different life. We wanted to be away and have more privacy."

The new Hidden Hills mansion they found sits on a 3.5 acres land with two built-in barbecue set ups, two swimming pools, a vineyard, three fountains, a rose garden, two spas, a pool house, and a 1,050-square-foot entertainment pavilion.

Not only that, the 16,000 square foot main house has eight bedrooms, eight full and two half bathrooms and eight fireplaces. The West mansion is truly a luxury on its own with formal living and dining rooms, a family room, a paneled library, three-island eat-in kitchen and a home theater.

Certainly the K-K couple loves to collect properties, not to mention Kanye's modern art-filled abode in the Hollywood Hills, a minimalist apartment in lower Manhattan. Kim just sold her Bev Hills bachelorette pad for $3.9 million in February 2013 and this time, there are rumors that the couple may sell their Bel Air Crest home they bought for $9 million in January 2013 once renovation is complete.
