After a problematic second pregnancy, Kim Kardashian's son was born a few weeks early last Saturday, and of course, considering the couple named their first child after a geographical point, many were wondering whether their second child would go the opposite direction and be named South - but nope!
According to Time Magazine, the happy couple has finally announced the name of Kim Kardashian's son, and his name is sweet although fairly unusual, though we wouldn't expect any less from Kimye: welcome to the world, Saint West!
E! Online reports that Kim Kardashian's son, who was born on December 5 at Los Angeles' Cesar-Sinai Hospital, weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz - and while he's perfectly healthy, the reality star had previously revealed that she and Kanye didn't decide on Saint as a name until after he was born, on Sunday evening.
An insider told Hollywood Life that the happy parents were between two names in the days before baby Saint's birth.
"Legend and Saint have been thrown around but they still haven't decided a concrete name and may wait till the baby is born and live with the child for a little bit and then make the decision," said someone close to the couple ahead of the birth of Kimye's son. "The main goal is for the baby to be healthy and for Kim to be healthy throughout labor and then the name will come."
There's no doubt that Kim Kardashian's son, Saint, will be topping headlines in no time!
