Radar Online recently obtained court documents on the pending lawsuit against Nick Gordon, Brown's live-in boyfriend, where Bobbi Kristina Brown's friend speaks about the heiress' final hours, and how she'd gotten into a brawl with her partner before her death.
According to The Mirror, in her deposition, Bobbi Kristina Brown's friend insists that the heiress wasn't under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she last saw her, on January 27, also saying that the only time when Brown used drugs was when Gordon was with her, specifying that the heiress would do heroin and crack cocaine in his presence.
In a shocking statement, Bobbi Kristina Brown's friend told court that Gordon "began kicking Bobbi Kristina in the side to the point that she was on the floor screaming and curled up in a fetal position," knocking out one of her teeth, after returning from a night out when he'd consumed cocaine and alcohol, also reviewing camera footage of Brown and listening to the conversations she had in his absence.
Star Pulse reports that, in her deposition, Bradley recounts that after Gordon physically assaulted Brown he came up to her, touched her ankle and said that he now wanted a "pretty little white girl like you."
Gordon's legal team has yet to respond to the haunting statements made by Bobbi Kristina Brown's friend, Danyela.
