After a bleak start when taking up Craig Ferguson's seat as the host of "The Late Late Show," James Corden is now turning into one of the kings of late-night television, along with fellow greats like Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert - and no wonder, considering he even got to see the leader of the biggest boy band in the world get inked live in the new Harry Styles tattoo clip!
In a recent episode of Corden's show, the entire gang of One Direction (obviously sans Zayn Malik) played a game called "Tattoo Roulette," which meant that whoever got it in his cards to get inked, would have to - and thus Harry Styles' tattoo was born!
According to Just Jared Jr., the game is simple: whoever gets the "tattoo" box in the roulette, has to get his skin inked live, and it was Harry Style's tattoo that got all the action, when fellow Brit Corden announced he'd have to get some new ink.
Of course, the new Harry Styles tattoo had to commemorate the epic television moment where he got it done, right in his left arm (keeping company to his many other body art forms), and it read just two simple words, referencing the iconic show: "Late Late."
By the way, if Corden lost, he would've had to get "1D" tattooed, so it's a good thing it was Styles!
As Vanity Fair reports, perhaps the most scared member of the band was Niall Horan, One Direction's "chipper little Irishman," who so far has no other ink in his body, unlike his band mates who are covered with ink - so thankfully it was Harry Styles' tattoo making headlines and hot his!
"I'm regretting you thought of this game," said the blond-haired singer before Styles got "lucky" with ink, Us Weekly reports. "I don't like this!"
