Charlie Sheen's ex- fiancé Brett Rossi claimed that the actor forced her to have an abortion as he doesn't want to have a child that is HIV positive.
On Thursday, Brett Rossi filed a lawsuit against her ex- fiancé Charlie Sheen for "assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence," according to PEOPLE.
According to the legal documents filed, Rossi and the Two and a Half Men actor first met in 2013 after the actor allegedly offered her $10,000 cash for s**. But eventually, things turned romantic between the two and the complainant claimed she had se**** intercourse with Sheen at least five times before she found out the medicine for HIV. She said if she had known it, the relationship would have never occurred.
In the lawsuit, Rossi claimed after a "heart to heart" talk, they decided to continue the relationship and agreed that Sheen will continue his medication to avoid the transmission of HIV. The two "engage in unprotected se**** intercourse like a normal couple."
In March 2014, Rossi said she informed Sheen that she's pregnant. However, the actor got mad and allegedly forced her to have an abortion as he doesn't want to have a child with HIV. The actor was distorted with rage claiming he would "kick her to the curb" after she refused to carry out the abortion. She said Charlie told her he doesn't want her to "give birth to a retarded child." After the alleged incident, Rossi claimed she had the abortion done over "pressure and threats."
Rossi further claimed that Sheen was jealous of her ex-husband and he would scare her by telling her some details on how he wanted to kill people. She said their relationship ended in October 2014, after Sheen purportedly dumped her through text.
However, Charlie Sheen's legal team are "confident" that their client will "prevail" against Rossi's allegations, as per US Weekly.
