Lauren Conrad finally tied the knot! The ex-reality TV star and business woman tied the knot to her sweetheart William Tell. As with everything Lauren Conrad in her fully instagrammed life, her wedding was picture perfect. With nine bridesmaids by her side (one more than the groomsmen) and each maid doing her own hair and make-up, two colours for all their dresses and diamonds on their wedding invitations, her wedding was simply made for the headlines.
The two have been together for a while now, having met on Valentines back in 2012. The Laguna Beach's belle was introduced to Tell by mutual friends at Valentines in what was more of a blind date. The two hit it off and have been going out ever since. Tell proposed in October and Conrad was more than ecstatic to say yes, reportedly telling the Cosmopolitan that she'd found her one. "William hates it when I say this, but he really is a very nice guy, and when you meet a nice guy who also manages to keep your interest, that is the dream," she stated. She also went out to give a bit of advice to her ladies that if you are going to settle down you might as well do it with someone you can stop thinking about. Trust Lauren to make a celebrity match up mirror Disney.
So what did the 28 year old belle from Orange County grace as she said "I do?" Lauren Conrad was extremely secretive about what she was going to wear at her big day. While her bridesmaids were all wearing dresses from her Paper Crown Collection, rather than going with the traditional monochromatic palette, Conrad gave her bridesmaids dresses in different shapes and sizes but with two colours to choose from. "I don't think it needs to look too cohesive," Conrad explained. "They're all individuals, so it's nice that it doesn't look too uniform."
We do know her dress was a simple-but-elegant-below-the-knee number. Conrad, who usually goes for less is more, has a thing for large skirts, "I gravitate toward larger skirts because there are so few occasions when you can wear one, so why not?" She also revealed that long isn't her only desirable option: "I love tea-length wedding dresses."
