Dunkin Donuts Winter Menu Adds Caramel Cheesecake Square And Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut – Plus 2 Christmas Favorites Making Comeback!

As Halloween sadly went away for 2015 not to be seen until next year, it's time for the next big holiday to pop its head, and Dunkin Donuts' winter menu is just as exciting as the fall one was when announced a few weeks back, with two new delicious-sounding items waiting for Santa!

Right after the end of October, it's time to start preparing for Christmas holidays with Dunkin Donuts' winter menu, now introducing two new pastries (Caramel Cheesecake Square and the Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut) as well as the return of some of their most iconic items for the season.

According to a press release (via Market Watch), this year's Dunkin Donuts winter menu will bring back a few cookie-flavored coffee favorites, namely the Sugar Cookie Coffees as well as the Snickerdoodle Cookie Coffees and Peppermint Mocha Coffees.

Bustle reports that as far as doughnuts are concerned, the two new additions to the Dunkin Donuts winter menu are the Snickerdoodle Croissant Donut (a cronut filled with buttercreme flavored as cookie dough and topped with icing drizzle and cinnamon streusel) and the Caramel Cheesecake Square (filled with cheesecake, caramel icing and covered with chocolate caramel candy).

"With the new premium holiday donuts, the familiar favorite seasonal flavors of Caramel and Snickerdoodle evoke feelings of warmth, comfort and nostalgia that people associate with this special season," said the company's vice president of brand marketing to Business Insider when speaking about the new Dunkin Donuts winter menu. "Coupling these flavors with a twist on a traditional donut - either the Croissant Donut or Cheesecake Square - allows guests to try a creative new treat."

For last season, the chain's fall menu included a Reese's Cups Butter Square Doughnut and their classic Pumpkin Cheesecake flavors.

In any case, be sure to check out the new Dunkin Donuts winter menu in venues near you!
