Tori Spelling decided to take a break from the cheating and eviction rumors and traveled to the happiest place on Earth with her kids.
According to the Us Weekly, Spelling was spotted at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif. Saturday with her four children Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 16 months and friends the Guncles, Scout Masterson and Bill Horn, and their daughter Simone,
The 40-year-old "Beverly Hills 90210" alum joined her kids on the Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride, known as "a fanciful flight above Fantasyland."
The reality star has been the target of media gossip. According to E! News, paparazzi reportedly took a photo of an eviction notice posted on the actress's gate. Reports suggest the family is experiencing financial problems.
"Due to a clerical error a three-day notice was initially posted at the house," Spelling's rep told E! News on Monday. "All payments have in fact been made, the lease is current and in good standing and the three-day notice has been effectively withdrawn."
Earlier this year, Spelling was slammed with rumors that her husband, Dean McDermott, 47, cheated with a woman named Emily Goodhand. Spelling and McDermott have been married for seven years.
"He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage," Goodhand told Us Weekly. "I believed him."
The affair reportedly happened while McDermott was promoting his current project as "Chopped" Canada's host in Toronto on Dec. 6. The two reportedly meant through friends.
Spelling has kept a low profile since the rumors began.
