Rapper Ludacris is reportedly expanding his family.
According to TMZ, "Act a Fool" rapper has reportedly father a child while on a break with his fiancé Eudoxie. The hip-hop star turned actor welcomed a baby girl called, Cai Bella Bridges, on Dec. 9, with a woman named Tamika Fuller.
Ludacris, whose real name is Christopher Bridges, has reportedly taken the necessary measures to ensure that the legal battle surrounding his love child and a potential child support demand from the mother, does not get too extreme.
The rapper is already facing legal troubles for filing paperwork that claimed he only made $25,842.41 a month on average. TMZ reported that the rapper had an estimated net worth of about $12 million.
Under Georgia's child support law the rapper would only have to pay $1,754.66 in child maintenance. Ludacris is already a father to 13-year-old, from a previous relationship, but has yet to comment on his current addition.
The rapper has reportedly taken a page out of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's book, by becoming the second well-know celebrity to have a "love child" surface.
Wade admitted on Tuesday to impregnating a woman while on a temporary split from his now-fiancée Gabrielle Union, earlier last year. During a press conference Monday, Wade called his son a "blessing" during a difficult time.
"I had a time, a part in our break, in our pain and our hurt, a blessing came out of it in my life, having a son that was born healthy," Wade told reporters. "So I'm moving on.
"[What matters most] is always focus on what's most important to me and my family, and that's being a great father. I've always tried to show my importance in my kids' lives and it doesn't change now," he said.
Wade and Union became engaged over the Christmas holiday, the couple has been dating since 2009.
"[This is something that my family knows and my now-fiance worked through when we got back together, and understood that we wanted to continue our lives together and continue supporting our family and we're going to do that," Wade said.
