On October 28, the Russian Irina Shayk serving as L'Oréal Paris' new international ambassador was introduced as the latest gorgeous face to front a campaign for the brand.
Excited and honored to be teaming up with the French Cosmetic Company, Irina Shayk took to Instagram to confirm the news.
Namechecking a few of the brand's previously spokesmodel, she wrote, "To stand beside the likes of @jlo @juliannemoore, @evalongoria and Jane Fonda.. All icons, of whom I've looked up to, is a dream come true. There are some moments you will never forget, and I want to thank @chapuyc and the wonderful L'Oreal team from the bottom of my heart for what they've given me, and the beauty their brand inspires in so many."
L’Oréal Paris Brand Global President, Cyril Chapuy, confirmed that it was the model’s social media following that allowed her to land the most coveted contract, definitely a plus to her supermodel looks. The rise of the social media model hasn’t slowed down it seems.
She was also a model for Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated. Shayk thanked her longtime manager, Ali Kavoussi, as well as Cyril Chapuy, the president of L'Oréal Paris. She wrote:

Shayk joins a host of models and actress already aligned with the company including Karlie Kloss, Barbara Palvin, Naomi Watts, Lara Stone, Natasha Poly, Liya Kebede, Doutzen Kroes, Julianne Moore and Eva Longoria.
Through the brand's official Instagram account the 29-year-old, model, who has been linked to Bradley Cooper, is shown lounging in bed, eating the perfect fall spread, and prepping for photo shoots, all in perfect hair and makeup, naturally.
