Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a play that will open on July 2016 in London, and tickets for the upcoming show were sold online in less than an hour. The Inquisitr reported that it left a lot of fans disappointed after tickets went available on October 28, but only those who were patient enough to register so early were the ones who got lucky to bag them.
Lots of people even complained that after being on the website's ticket selling page, they were just frozen on the site and while waiting for their turn to finally have the ticket that they bought, an error message popped out saying their items have been deleted off of their cart. Radio Times wrote this issue of fans having to struggle through the buying process of the expensive play tickets.
One of the fans as reported by the publication was Annabelle Hawkes who lives in Brighton and she said, "I was then taken to my basket, but the selection had been calculated wrong: for two people, not six. By the time I had gone back through and reselected tickets, I was told they had sold out. I tried again, and was told my tickets had been secured, but they were charging me £600, instead of the £120 I was expecting to pay."
The Inquisitr further reported that the play would be the 8th book of the Harry Potter series. Based on the play's site they said that, "it's an official new story that picks up where the Deathly Hallows epilogue left off." This is the part where Harry and Ginny got married with kids, while Ron and Hermione also are a married couple with two children of their own. Another day for sale of the tickets is coming at the end of October.
