Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss: Workout Tips in New Video as She Gets Back to Business

Khloe Kardashian, who recently revealed she dramatically lost 35 pounds after practicing healthy diet and doing intense workouts is back on screen with another video, showing workout routines while offering helpful tips to the viewers.

On Tuesday, the 31 year old Kardashian shared her new "Khlo-Fit" video. The clip features she's doing an intense workout with her fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson. The strength training their showing can actually be done at home.

In the footage, the celebrity trainer explained to the viewers the importance of walking or running on a treadmill before getting onto strength training as people need to increase their heart rate from 30, 60 to 120 seconds.

He also said that what their showing is "obviously not for the body builders, or someone looking to put on mass, but for someone who's looking to strip body fat and enhance and show and showcase the muscles that you've worked so hard to earn with your strength training."

The video shows Khloe doing the workout routine while showcasing her electrifying, toned figure in a black workout outfit following her staggering weight loss.

The latest video comes after Khloe took a break from her website in two weeks following Lamar Odom's October 13 hospitalization, after he was found unresponsive at a Nevada brothel, PEOPLE reported.

Odom is currently in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, receiving medical treatment. A source also confirmed to PEOPLE that his "kidneys are still functioning correctly" after speculations went floating that he might need to undergo a transplant procedure. The source further added that he is now "responsive, but very slow," after he was reported to be in a coma for four days following his hospitalization.

As per HollywoodLife, while Odom is slowly regaining his strength he strongly urged Khloe to leave his bedside and start focusing on her health and get back in the gym.
