Gwen Stefani Divorce: Gavin Rossdale Getting Joint Custody For 3 Sons – How Are They Dividing ‘The Voice’ Coach’s Millions?

Earlier this year, rock star duo Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale shocked the world after revealing they'd decided to split up after 20 years together and almost 13 of marriage as well as three sons together, and now the terms of Gwen Stefani's divorce have been finalized.

Two months after first filing for Gwen Stefani's divorce, new reports claim that the former couple has settled on the terms of their custody as well as how to split their earnings during the marriage, something that could have proven difficult after it was first reported that the two rockers hadn't signed a prenup.

According to information obtained by TMZ, the terms of Gwen Stefani's divorce have officially been settled, with the coach from "The Voice" and Rossdale sharing custody of their three boys (9 year-old Kingston, 7 year-old Zuma and 1 year-old Apollo), although it's being reported that the Bush singer will be the one getting the children the most time, due to Stefani's concert dates.

Life and Style Magazine reports that, when finances are concerned, Gwen Stefani's divorce favors the "Hollaback Girl" the most, as Rossdale will be taking less than half of the former couple's shared property in spite of lacking a prenup - a decision seemingly caused by a desire to move forward faster with the divorce procedures.

According to News.com.au, when filing for Gwen Stefani's divorce, the former No Doubt frontwoman cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reasons for their split - also, since then, Stefani has launched a new breakup song, "Used to Love You."

"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," the two said in a joint statement when they announced Gwen Stefani's divorce. "To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time."
