Before Taylor Swift was deemed by the press the queen of breakup songs, Adele stood in her shoes, famously writing her first two albums, "19" and "21," following breakups, but this won't be the case for Adele's "25," as she makes up for lost time in her new venture.
It's been four years since the last time the "Set Fire to the Rain" singer released an album, and a lot has happened for the British star since, including winning an Academy Award for writing the theme to James Bond's "Skyfall" and becoming a mother, so Adele's "25" will see the star focused on a completely different life than her public is used to.
According to Time Magazine, the star has now confirmed Adele's "25" after teasing she had new music on the way a few days back, and now she's written a letter to her fans and posted it via Twitter telling them what to expect from her latest work.
"My last record was a break up record and if I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record," wrote the English diva about Adele's "25." "I'm making up with myself. Making up for lost time. Making up for everything I ever did and never did."
The Guardian reports that, ahead of Adele's "25" official announcement, there had been rumors regarding an upcoming album for months - and just last weekend, the first album teaser was shown on television, launched during a commercial break on last Sunday's "X-Factor" in the United Kingdom.
According to BBC, Adele told the world through Twitter and Facebook that she felt she'd grown when turning 25 (she's 27 now), seeing herself at the peak of professional and personal success in a stable relationship and being one of the top-selling artists in the world.
For now, there's no official release date for Adele's "25," but Food World News will keep you updated!
