Briana Cuoco, sister of Kaley Cuoco, Auditions for Season 5 of 'The Voice'

It seems like talent runs in the Cuoco family.

Briana Cuoco, sister of "The Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco, will soon be stepping out of her sibling's shadow.

During NBC's "The Voice" Season 5 premiere, host Carson Daly told Briana that she would soon be auditioning for Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. Kaley, 27, beamed with pride as her younger sibling got the good news. Briana has had roles in several hit TV shows over the years, including CBS' "The Mentalist" and HBO's "The Newsroom".

"She has a beautiful voice," Mayim Bialik told Access Hollywood. "She is phenomenal. She's very, very talented."

Emmy-winner Jim Parsons told "Access Hollywood" how impressed he is with Briana.

"She is a great a lot of things," Parsons said. "We give Kaley a lot of hell like 'Oh so finally the world is going to see the really talented Cuoco!' Which is not true we just want to give her s**t!"

Briana appeared on an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" in March where she played the character Gretchen, the new girlfriend of one of Penny's ex-boyfriends in the Valentine's Day episode.

Briana be-friended the cast and choreographed a flash mob routine for her sister and the entire cast and crew of the show, an idea Kaley came up with as a surprise for the show's creators.

Briana thanked friends and fans for the support she's received so far.

Several people began tweeting Briana about being on the show. Briana clarified the rumor in a tweet.

On Sunday, she posted a funny photo of herself on Instagram holding a microphone with a picture of the coaches' chairs from "The Voice" in front of her saying, "practice makes perfect?"

"The Voice" airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
