Gabriel Iglesias' New Reality Show and His Secrets To Losing Weight

Comedian Gabriel Iglesias may have not been seen stripping for the movie Magic Mike XXL, which he is a part of, but it looks like it will be inevitable for him to show some skin on his own reality show called 'Fluffy Breaks Even.'

It is a reality show that can be seen via Fuse TV and it would basically follow the comedian's life on a regular basis. So whether he is on tour outside the US, or whenever he tries new cuisines, cameras will be following him. But that is not just the point of the show, he would also be seen exercising and burning all the calories he ate to break even. Hence, that is the title of the show.

The comedian told People Magazine about the concept of the show and he explained that it is him being on the road. He continued saying, "We're always going out to get a bite to eat, and we're always trying to find a way to be accountable for it."

Iglesias already lost a lot of weight even before doing the show. The magazine reported that he lost about 100 lbs. simply by reducing carbs in his diet and doing some yoga. From weighing almost 450 lbs. it is definitely a huge accomplishment.

Prior to going on the show, Iglesias lost 100 lbs. by cutting out carbs and practicing yoga, after weighing in at nearly 450 lbs.

"It wasn't that I wanted to [lose weight]," he says. "Believe me, I had no problem going out and eating anything and everything that got in my path, but I'm pushing 40 now and I'm a type 2 diabetic, and little by little I'm starting to have more problems with each year that goes by."

Catch his show on Fuse TV called Fluffy Breaks Even on October 1, 10 PM/ET.
