Bethenny Frankel is accused of calling ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, inappropriate names in front of their three-year old daughter, Byrn.
According to Radar Online, the 42-year-old reality star is allegedly being accused of calling her ex-husband "trash".
"The argument took place in their swanky Tribeca apartment," a source told Radar Online. "She also said Jason was lazy and stupid, because Jason doesn't have a regular full-time job."
The comments caused Hoppy's lawyers to file documents in the ongoing custody battle over their daughter.
According to the Daily Mail, Frankel ex-husband has always been very careful not to say anything negative to Frankel in front of their daughter.
The couple, who were unable to reach a financial and custody agreement last month, have been in the headlines more than usual, when Hoppy filed paper work in order to keep his daughter off Frankel's new show.
"He doesn't want Bethenny to have Bryn in the audience, or do pre-taped segments for the show. He just doesn't feel that their daughter should be displayed on Bethenny's talk show," a source told Radar.
Hoppy, a pharmaceutical sales executive, is seeking child support and primary custody of Bryn. According to reports, Frankel's prenup will keep her ex-husband from getting any part of her $25 million fortune.
Back in February, the mother told People that her daughter made the marriage and it's problems all worth it.
"Listen, it's a struggle and like any struggle, you push through it and move forward," Frankel told "Good Morning America". "I'm going through something difficult. And you know why? Every dark cloud has a sliver lining. I do have a beautiful daughter and I have a lot of things to be thankful and grateful for."
