After a long and very private relationship with CollegeHumor co-founding entrepreneur Ricky Van Veen, the beautiful star of HBO's show "Girls" tied the knot with her boyfriend after NBC anchor dad Brian walked her down the aisle - and Allison Williams' wedding pictures are just to die for!
Although the actress hasn't yet released a full set of Allison Williams wedding pictures (after all, the couple did try their best to keep the ceremony a big secret, a la Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux last August), the few snaps of the actress' big day show what a magical event it was.
According to People Magazine, the actress still seems a bit enthralled with Allison Williams' wedding, as she's been posting pictures of her big day for the past few days, and she's looked increasingly happy in each and every one of them, as she shows off her new husband and her gorgeous custom-made Oscar de la Renta gown.
As The Daily Mail reports, Allison Williams' wedding happened in Wyoming, and the event was filled with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, including "Girls" co-stars Lena Dunham, Zosia Mamet and Jemima Kirke as well as pop stars Katy Perry and John Mayer, besides the ceremony being officiated by Oscar winner Tom Hanks - in all, the whole thing was a big Hollywood affair!
However, one star from "Girls" couldn't make it to Allison Williams' wedding: Andrew Rannells, who plays Elijah Krantz in the show, who was unable to attend the fairytale ceremony and, according to The New York Daily News, he feels downright terrible for missing it!
Rannells is very excited over sending Williams and Van Veen an amazing wedding present, so he's now thinking of just giving them dish soap to "throw them off a little bit" - but if co-star Dunham marries, he's planning to go full style Cabaret and sing during the reception.
