CBC actress Kayla Ewell, who's best known for her character Vicki Donovan in the popular television series 'The Vampire Diaries', has finally tied the knot with her longtime partner, Tanner Novlan, on Saturday, September 12, according to reports.
Ewell and Novlan vowed in front of 200 guests including their families and friends. The ceremony was held at the Jonathan Club situated in the downtown of Los Angeles.
The now-Mrs. Novlan, who was dressed in a beautiful Jenny Yoo bridal gown, made her first dance with her husband as newlyweds to the beat of Alabama Shakes' 'You Ain't Alone'.
The 30-year old actress also did not miss out her father-daughter dance to the song of 'The Way You Look Tonight', which actually turned out even sweeter because her 93-year old grandfather sweetly sang the song.
Among the 200 guests were Ewell's friends and co-stars from The Vampire Diaries. Candice Accola, who recently revealed being pregnant with her first baby, was one of the bridesmaids. Michael Trevino, Sara Canning, Zach Roerig and former TVD actress, Nina Dobrev, have also joined Ewell on her big day.
Ewell and Novlan first met five years ago when they worked together in Sick Puppies' 'Maybe' music video. The two were engaged nine months ago and Novlan's sweet proposal took place during a sailboat ride in the Santa Monica, California.
Besides TVD, Kayla Ewell is also known for her TV roles as Caitlin Ramirez on CBC's hit soap opera 'The Bold and the Beautiful' and as Maureen Sampson on the 'Freaks and Geeks'. Aside from her craft in acting, Ewell also loves painting, rappelling and rock climbing, which she usually does during her free time.
Tanner Novlan on the other hand, starred in the TV shows 'Bones' and 'Rizzoli & Isles'. He was also part of the 2011 movie 'Giant Killer Bees' along with actors, Julian Nelson, Dareen Thomas, Alberto Frezza, Adam Phebus and Carey James.
