One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Joins Simon Cowell to Judge X Factor 2015

Reports have it that the English pop singer and songwriter, famously known as a member of the boy band One Direction - Louis Tomlinson, is heading for The X Factor.

Louis Tomlinson will join the show boss Simon Cowell at judges' houses later in the current series of the reality show The X Factor.

The 55 year old Simon Cowell is all ready to replace his close friend Sinitta,the Ameriacan born singer at the judges' houses stage. The Sun (a daily tabloid newspaper published in the United Kingdom and Ireland) claims that the 23 year old Louis Tomlinson is the top pick of Simon Cowell.

Cowell is certain that Louis Tomlinson will draw the viewer's interest in watching the television music competition franchise created by Simon Cowell himself- The X Factor.

The source further stated, "Simon is pulling out the big guns as he is still determined to make this series a huge success. One Direction has always been big ratings winners and Louis being the most outspoken of the band. He won't be afraid to tell people if they're terrible, which Simon loves."

The reports went around after Simon Cowell stated that the 1D hitmaker could appear in the upcoming episode, at The X Factor press launch in August, "I think Louis might be on one of the shows."

When Sinitta was asked to comment on the possibility of Tomlinson joining the judges' house stage, she said, "That would be amazing." "He spent a lot of time with us last year, mentoring the talent and watching rehearsals." "I could definitely see him going into music management and production so it's a good place to start."

The X Factor has difficulty handling their BBC competitor, as the reports showed that The X Factor only attracted 7.5m viewers during its third weekend, while their competitor - Strictly Come Dancing's new series gathered around 8.7 million viewers -  in addition, The Mirror had reported that a total of 9.7 million viewers were tuning into the celebrity dancing competition at its peak.
