McDonald's Hacks: Former Employees Reveal Useful Menu Hacks

A former McDonald's employee who claimed that he has worked for the largest fast food restaurant for two years in Texas revealed some secret menu hacks straight from the Golden Arches. The tips Matt Decuir posted in Quora is intended to make meals even tastier and enjoyable.

One of the former employee's advice is to put chicken on a side salad which will save the consumers from eating their big salad. Customers can insist to the employees to supersize their fries accompanied by a regular drink.

Another practical tip from Decuir which consumers can apply anytime is to go to the fast food chain in between 10:30 and 11:00 in the morning since the store transitions from breakfast to lunch during this timeframe. By doing so, consumers can order a little from breakfast and lunch menus giving their stomach a brunch.

Decuir also added that service inside the store is faster than going through the drive-thru since many prefer the latter.

Another former employee of McDonald's named Chuck Chan who worked for the company for almost four years also gave his own version of advices. Chan instructs those who like Big Macs but does not want to pay the high price to just order for a McDouble without any ketchup and mustard but with Mac Sauce and lettuce. Doing so will make consumers save while enjoying the same taste and quality of sandwich.

Those who want a fresh burger can just order for a fresh one and the workers will do so. They will cook fresh meat for the burger which might take 5 minutes.

The tips mentioned are quiet useful and practical. However the advisers remind consumers that the aforementioned hacks might not work in every McDonald's store especially in other regions. The former employees claim the tips to true but they might not necessarily be universal and are not applicable in some franchise.
