Celebuzz reports that Kanye also broke the news during a concert on Sunday in Atlantic City:
Kanye, 35, told the audience to "stop the music and make noise for my baby mama," referring to Kim who was in the audience.

The Stir seemed to have the scoop on the story, guessing on December 27th that the couple may be having a child after spotting them together near a clinic.
Interestingly, Kardashian is still in legal proceedings to either dissolve or annul her marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries, according to USA Today. Yet she went public with her relationship with Kanye in March, and is reportedly now 12 weeks pregnant with his child.
