While he's not busy turning heads, earning awards for his awesome songs or hanging out with gal pal Taylor Swift and her new beau Calvin Harris, the "Thinking Out Loud" singer is enjoying some delicious treats, like the new Ed Sheeran ice cream named after him!
As the English crooner visits the Irish capital, Dublin, ice cream company GB recreated their classic Gingerbread sandwich box cover art as well as its name to make it into an Ed Sheeran ice cream, showing off an adorable-looking redheaded man holding a guitar - in a dessert that's getting called the Ginger-Ed these days!
According to Time Magazine, the Ed Sheeran ice cream wasn't an official collab between the singer and the major dessert brand, it didn't stop the 24 year-old from getting downright excited to see the newly released dessert, posting it a snap of the wrapper on his own Instagram account, saying that he'd "made it."

The singer is more than happy with the new Ed Sheeran ice cream, as he's in the historic Irish city to perform at its famous Croke Park from July 24 to July 26.
OK! Magazine UK reports that the Ed Sheeran ice cream consists of 2 layers of gingerbread cookies with ice cream in the middle, as the brand celebrates the VMA nominee as he keeps making news all over the world as one of the hottest new talents in music.
In fact, each package contains four of the ice cream sandwiches.
According to The Celebrity Café, this isn't the only major career landmark Sheeran has seen this week, as he'll be getting his own NBC special this summer when he plays at London's Wembley Stadium in August 16, as the major network will be airing the live performance at 8pm ET.
In any case, if you're around Ireland for the summer, it's time to give the Ed Sheeran ice cream a bite!
