The Twitter #HarryBeCareful went viral on Wednesday after fans freaked out when a comment was posted threatening to kill Harry Styles in the band's upcoming gig.
A Tweeter user known as @DTAustin21_ and @DTAustin21x tweeted alarming messages, threatening the 21 year old One Direction member that he will end Harry's life in August.
He wrote, "I Made This Account To Let Everyone Know That Harry Styles Will Die, August 5th 2015, At MetLife Stadium."
His message suggested that Harry had an affair with his little sister and the relationship might have broken her heart and now he wants revenge.
"He ruined my little sister's life and he will now pay."
Other tweets included, "Harry Styles Will Die and No one Will be Able To Stop It," and "When the Time Comes You All will Know This Isn't a Lie."
The account of the user has been blocked and the scary tweets have since been removed from the Twitter.
Fans from across the world were alarmed and got worried for the safety of their idol, they created the #harrybecareful hashtag to let Harry know that they are always there and won't let anything happen to him.
While Harry's fans are worried over the disturbing messages, others think the person who posted the threats to the 1D member just wants to gain attention and popularity.
But the #harrybecareful is still gaining momentum from the bands' die hard fans in Twitter.
One of his fan wrote, "#HarryBeCareful how could someone pretend to hurt him, when he's the nicest and the most lovely person in the world?"
While one of his fans think that the one who sent the threat just wants to gain attention, she wrote, "THE PEOPLE WHO SENT DEATH THREATS TO HARRY TO GAIN ATTENTION THINKING IT WAS FUNNY MAKE ME LOSE HOPE IN HUMANITY #HarryBeCareful"
Another fan is willing to catch a bullet just to save his beloved Harry, "Not one of this fandom would let harry die every single directioner in the crowd would take the bullet or knife for harry #HarryBeCareful"
