Kylie Jenner and Amandla Stenberg Feud: Reality Star and Hunger Games Actress Fight Over Cornrows [PHOTOS]

Kylie Jenner got into an online feud with 'The Hunger Games' star Amandla Stenberg on Saturday when she posted on Instagram a photo of her cornrows.

The 17-year-old recently posted a photo of herself on Instagram wearing a crop top, sweatpants and her hair done in cornrows and captioned the snap: "I woke up like disss"

The pic collected over 1 million likes and over 100,000 comments, including one from Amandla Stenberg.

It didn’t take long for Amandla, best known for her role as Rue in The Hunger Games, to respond and accuse Kylie of "appropriating black culture" without using her celebrity "to help black Americans."

She left a comment on the pic: "@novemberskyys when u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter"

Kylie replied to Amandla's comment: “@amandlastenberg Mad if I don’t, Mad if I do… Go hang w Jaden or something.”

Jenner was referring to Jaden Smith, Stenberg’s prom date for this year and whom Jenner reportedly dated a couple of years ago. However, they never confirmed their relationship.

The pair has remained friends, even though they’ve gone their separate ways romantically.

Meanwhile, Amandla and Jaden went to prom together in May 2015. Jaden wore a much talked-about trendy shift dress to the high school event.

Kylie has been criticized for appropriating African-American culture before. Earlier this year, she was accused of wearing blackface in an Instagram photo she posted.

The picture showed Kylie posing with much darker skin than usual above a caption that read, "What I wish I looked like all the time thank you."

Amid backlash, Kylie promptly deleted that photo altogether, only to upload another one from the same photo shoot soon after.

She captioned the second photo: "This is a black light and neon lights people lets all calm down."
