The second cinematic reboot of the Marvel comic book 'Fantastic Four' has received a lot of backlash due to the several changes director Josh Trank has made in the characters. The new movie will feature a black Human Torch, played by Michael B. Jordan, who has previously spoken out about the casting.
The new TV spot for 'Fantastic Four' reveals that another change has been made, but this time, the alteration has been done to Jamie Bell's Ben Grimm when he turns into The Thing.
The synopsis for the film reads as follows:
"Four young outsiders teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy."
The action-packed teaser shows off the foursome's amazing powers. Jordan's Johnny Storm asks, "Are you ready to have your minds blown?" and proceeds to show off his new abilities. Kate Mara's Sue Storm doesn't go invisible, but she can move a lot of things with her mind. Miles Teller's Reed Richards shows his stretchy side as well.
Then Jamie Bell's The Thing walks out with his friends without his pants on.

Cinemablend was quick to point out that the film may be taking a more realistic take on The Thing's usual dilemma. "It can't be easy for The Thing to slip on clothes every time he wants to go save the day," the website commented.
The first adaptation of 'Fantastic Four' starred Ioan Gruffudd as Reed Richards, Jessica Alba as Sue Storm, Chris Evans as Johnny Storm and Michael Chiklis as Ben Grimm. The first version of The Thing always wore clothes as well as the character's signature shorts.
'Fantastic Four' is scheduled for release on August 7, 2015.
