Meghan Trainor has postponed her two concerts, which was set to kick off this weekend in Atlantic City due to a vocal cord hemorrhage.
The 'All About The Bass' hit maker revealed on Thursday through her Instagram the reason why she was forced to cancel her scheduled performance, July 3 in Atlantic City and July 4 in Connecticut.
The 21 year old wrote, "I don't want anyone worrying but I have had a hemorrhage [sic] on my vocal chords." The 'Lips Are Moving" singer added, "Right now the doctors want me on complete vocal rest until they are healed so I have to postpone my first two shows in Atlantic City and Connecticut."
Meghan even expressed her frustration for missing her scheduled performance and promised her followers the "Megatronz" that she will make it up to them.
She added, "I love you all very much and want to get healed quickly so I can show you this amazing tour we've been working on. I am truly sorry to everyone who has bought tickets and made travel plans. I hate this."
In another post, she posted a video, showing her phone with a note to communicate with her fans.
Trainor wrote, "She's in New York seeing a doctor." So frustrated but can't make any noise.At least I got my brother @ryan.trainor to make me smile. And my fans supporting me thank you for your kind words #loveyoumegatronz."
Then she added, "We are going to see another doctor in New York."
Thursday night, Borgat's Senior Vice President of Operations, Joe Lupo announced that all concert tickets bought will be valid for a rescheduled concert, but fans still have to wait for further announcements. Trainor's cancellation announcement included Connecticut.
As for Atlantic City, there's no announement yet about the sold tickets.
It was October when Trainor said in an interview that she had to rest her vocal cords for two months after they found out that she have a vocal cord polyp.
