Nina Dobrev, after her controversial split up with ex-boyfriend and TVD co-star Ian Somerhalder, finally goes public with her new boyfriend Austin Stowell, according to reports.
The 26-year old Canadian actress appears to have finally moved on from Somerhalder with her new found love. The rumors first sparked after Dobrev was seen hanging out with Stowell at the Indie 500 event held in May.
The couple went more public recently and Dobrev even invited Stowell during the screening of her new show "The Final Girls" on June 16, Tuesday.
While the TVD star has yet to give her statements regarding her new relationship with the "Whiplash" actor, some sources have strongly confirmed that the two are officially together.
One eyewitness was quoted in a report by Hollywood Life, saying "He called Nina 'babe', and gently put an arm around her was waist."
The actress was even caught up introducing Stowell to her group of friends. "Nina even brought him to her pal Jamie King's baby shower and introduced Austin as her boyfriend," a source said.
A few weeks back, Dobrev and Stowell joined a friendly group dinner for her friend, Lauren's Kind Campaign.
On Instagram, the actress posted a photo of the dinner and she captioned it "Had the most fun and yummy dinner party last night with our @kindcampaign#givekind fundraiser winners, Dianna and Kevin. Thank you so much to Claire Thomas for creating and cooking such an incredible menu. Follow her account @kitchykitchen if you wanna see soe beautiful and delicious food!".

On the other hand, Dobrev has officially cut her connection with ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder, who is now married to singer Nikki Reed.
Though the actress had insisted earlier that her friendship with Somerhalder is still strong, everything looks a little sour now that she's in a relationship with Stowell.
"I love him and the friendship is still strong and I think he's great and I still care about him. And that didn't change. Yes, we're professional and that's fine. We were friends long before we dated and we are still now.," Dobrev told US Weekly.
Now that they're not hiding from the public, Nina Dobrev and Austin Stowell seem to look happier than ever. In fact, due to how smoothly their relationship is going, some already have speculated that they are getting closer to marriage.
