Kourtney Kardashian is obviously determined to get her pre-baby body back. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star shows what hard work and perseverance can definitely do to achieve that bikini body with these amazing results.

The eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has recently been posting snaps on her Instagram account to boast the amazing results from her workout routine. She even gave a shout out to sister Khloe Kardashian, citing that her younger sister's bum is her motivation.

"Today's mission: to get my butt looking like @khloekardashian's," Kourtney captioned the photo.

Insiders have told E! News that Kourtney Kardashian "swears by the program" called "Don-A-Matrix."

The method was developed by Kardashian's trainer Don Brooks and claims that it's "set up to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each quarter has 3 sets of two different exercises, combined with rest or relief periods after each quarter."

The routine requires Kourtney to execute various "high-octane moves" within just an hour, as Kim Kardashian's older sister trains with Brooks three to five times a week.

Don Brooks shared that Kourtney first heard about the trainer through singer Fergie.

"I was on tour with the Black Eyed Peas and [Kourtney] attended a concert while in NYC, and she loved how I had Fergie's body looking," Brooks said.

He even shared some workout secrets. "The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips!"

Don continued to explain, "So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist."

Kourtney Kardashian's recently given birth to her third kid with Scott Disick, Reign, just six months ago and while she still may want to work on her bod, Kourtney's already looking amazing.
