Sasha Pieterse just had enough of scrutiny about the sudden changes of her body. Now she sets the record straight by sharing her true health condition through Instagram.
On Tuesday, Sasha Pieterson who plays the role of Alison in 'Pretty Little Liars' talks about her medical issue in Instagram. Explaining to her fans what she has been going through to stop public misconception about her body image.
The actress started her personal letter by thanking her fans for the affection and she is being humble admitting that Alison and 'Pretty Little Liars' wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for her fans. As she stated that a lot of people noticed that her body has gone through some changes, she wanted to clear the air by explaining her situation.
The 19 year old explained, "I have been facing a bad hormone imbalance that has thrown my body completely out of whack. I want to assure you that I'm healthy and getting everything back on track!"
Sasha thank the people who have been there for her. She also include that we're living in such a judgmental society that "puts every kind of flaw," which she included the "weight gain."
Through Instagram, the actress also urges everyone who is struggling with any health problem including hormonal imbalance and weight gain to deal the issue in a healthy way. She also added that "health what matters most" than others opinion and assumptions.
She is also aware that working out and eating right are extremely important, but for her it is also necessary to surround yourself with the people who really cares about you who wants you to reach the top.
