Bigi “Blanket” Jackson, Michael Jackson's Son; All Grown Up!

In 2002, the king of pop, Michael Jackson was reportedly seen dangling his son, Prince Michael or "Blanket" as he nicknamed, over a window balcony in front of photographers. This brought outrage to see what the superstar did. Now the son of the late superstar is all grown up. 13 years after the incident at the balcony, "Blanket" has changed his name to Bigi Jackson. Bigi was reportedly home-schooled until last year, and is now in the seventh grade in the Sherman Oaks, California school - the same school Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian attended. The boy has grown up to be a sweet, funny, and helpful child of which his father would be proud of.

Unlike his older siblings, Paris and Prince, Bigi is apparently the quiet type. He was raised by his Grandmother Katherine and cousin TJ since the death of his father Michael Jackson back in 2009. His father always claimed Bigi was born from a surrogate mother. After Michael's actions when Bigi was still a baby, he said, "I offer no excuses for what happened,". He followed this statement by saying, "I got caught up in the excitement of the moment. I would never intentionally endanger the lives of my children."

Michael Jackson was born in Gary Indiana on August 29, 1958. He was the youngest of 5 siblings, and is the lead singer popular group, "The Jackson 5". Michael would then continue his music career as a solo artist and would become a worldwide sensation. His album "thriller" would become the biggest selling album of all time, with songs like "Billy Jean" and "Thriller". The pop superstar passed away in 2009 which is a great loss to the music industry.

Though Jackson has faced many controversies in his career, he will always be remembered as a great artist, and a great person, and hopefully his children will carry on his legacy.
