Ever since it first began airing barely over one year ago on HBO, "Last Week Tonight" with John Oliver has turned into a cult favorite, as the "Daily Show" alum (who followed the same path as Stephen Colbert) tackles on some of the biggest issues of the week every Sunday night.
In the midst of what has been deemed "FIFAgate," some of the biggest names in the organization that organizes World Cups have been accused of corruption, and the British talk show host explained (again, as he did the same last year before the Brazil tournament) how things had gone down in a hilarious monologue.
Ultimately, FIFA's longtime president, Sepp Blatter, quit the organization - and Oliver took up some "champagne" as seen above to celebrate!
