Ed Carpenter incident was violent during the pre-qualifying morning practice on Sunday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Ed Carpenter No. 20 Chevrolet was out-of-control on Turn 2. It turned over after hitting the wall of SAFER Barrier.
Ed Carpenter incident comes as the third happening this week after Castroneves and Newgarden got off the ground on Wednesday and Thursday.
