Along with Shonda Rhimes, Ryan Murphy has turned into one of the biggest and most important television producers working right now, after delivering megahits like the musical "Glee" and "American Horror Story" (as well as its series sequels like "American Crime Story"), and now fans can get a sneak peek with of his latest project with the "Scream Queens" trailer!

The first official "Scream Queens" trailer comes and prepares fans of horror for what's coming ahead, as one of the stars is the Scream Queen herself Jamie Lee Curtis from genre classics such as "Halloween" - and also the daughter of the star of Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho," Janet Leigh.

The information about the upcoming show has been scarce up to this point, but before the release of the "Scream Queens" trailer the series' IMDb description said quite a lot about what's coming ahead.

"After a 1995 sorority pledge gone wrong, someone is out for vengeance when a college campus is rattled by a series of murders at the twentieth anniversary of the crime," says the show's outline, making fans expect a series full of campy horror in the style of 90s movies like "I Know What You Did Last Summer."

iO9 reports that the "Scream Queens" trailer shows just that, calling it a "fest of tropey horror gags" that shows how ridiculous and potentially guilty pleasure-inducing the series will be, to fans' amusement!

Time Magazine reports that the fun "Scream Queens" trailer shows some of the series' high profile stars (such as Curtis, Julia Roberts' niece Emma, pop megastar Ariana Grande, and "Glee" alum Lea Michele) doing a whole lot of screaming while being chased by someone in a creepy devil mask.

Vanity Fair reports that other stars in the series will include Oscar nominee Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer and even Nick Jonas.
