Last weekend saw the taping of his Comedy Central roast, in which stars as different as Ludacris and Martha Stewart stepped out to diss the "Baby" singer, as he attempted to cleanse his image after different issues with the law - but it seems at least one person won't cave in, as Justin Bieber's neighbor sues the star.
Following a well-publicized incident in which the "Believe" singer egged the home of the family who lives next to his Calabasas, California home, now they've taken legal action against the Canadian singer, as Justin Bieber's neighbor sues him for "inappropriate" behavior.
According to CNN, now that Justin Bieber's neighbor sues, the details about the entire ordeal have been released to the public. Even though they no longer share spaces, Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz have now taken to court to speak out against how terrible it was to be Bieber's neighbor, saying he'd often host very loud parties, besides his bodyguards constantly harassing them.
The Daily Mail reports that part of the reason behind that Justin Bieber's neighbor sues the star is that Mr. Schwartz is demanding to be compensated for the emotional distress he and his wife went through from the singer and his entourage, as they'd not only vandalize their home but would also subject them to anti-Semitic remarks, as one of Bieber's bodyguards apparently called him a "little Jew boy."
It was TMZ who broke the news about the Justin Bieber's neighbor sues, months after the singer had gone to court for the egging ordeal and ended up pleading no contest to charges of vandalism - he then went on probation ad gave the Schwartz family $80 thousand for the necessary home repairs.
However, it seems this wasn't nearly enough for them, as Bieber had gone through great lengths to cause trouble, including spitting on him - even though the "Baby" singer has denied doing this.
In any case, now that Justin Bieber's neighbor sues him again, only time will tell what'll happen in the case.
