There's no doubt that the "Fancy" singer has taken the world by storm ever since topping charts last year with her single, becoming the first Australian woman to make it big in this industry - and now, with the Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears collaboration, she's expected to bring another huge hit home.
Considered the Princess of Pop, Spears has collaborated in her career with some of music's biggest names, including Madonna, and since the late 90s she's made a name for herself altogether, even getting her own contract for a Las Vegas residency, from which she took a break to record the new Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears single.
According to Christian Post, the Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears single would be released as a part of Spears' new album, her ninth altogether, and critics expect it to be released later this year, once she's finished her Planet Hollywood residency contract.
It'll be the first time that Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears work together, though Azalea has in the past also collaborated with other big names in show business, including Jennifer Lopez for the hit song "Booty."
Bustle reports that the Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears single, which is entitled "Pretty Girls," was co-written by Little Mix, the "X Factor UK" winners in 2011, and was produced by The Invisible Men, who have worked with the Australian blonde before in hits like "Fancy" and "Beg For It."
NME reports that, though Spears has been in the recording studio working on her upcoming album since last September, her life's focus is entirely different right now: she's working hard as a mom, raising her two boys Sean (who's nine) and Jayden (eight years old) along with controversial ex husband Kevin Federline.
For now, no release date has been announced for the Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears single, but fans all over the world can't wait to hear it!
