Academy Award Winners For 2015: ‘Birdman,’ ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ Biggest Oscars 2015 Winners [PHOTOS]

It's been widely reported by critics that 2014 was a great year for movies, with breakout performances like that of Eddie Redmayne for "The Theory of Everything" and finally the nod that gave Julianne Moore a long-deserved Oscar - so, in case you missed then last Sunday, here are the Academy Award winners for 2015!

The Oscars are one of the biggest events of the year, often called the Super Bowl of movies, in a star-studded ceremony that features some of the most talented people in entertainment either presenting, performing or even getting awards, which is why now the world turns to see the Academy Award winners for 2015.

According to The Guardian, the night was filled with some truly beautiful moments, but the main events of the evening are, of course, the Academy Award winners for 2015.

Food World News reported that some of the top moments from the night, besides the Academy Award winners for 2015, were John Travolta's odd behavior towards Scarlett Johansson, Idina Menzel and Benedict Cumberbatch and Lady Gaga's stunning "The Sound of Music" homage that even impressed Julie Andrews ... but, unfortunately, not Neil Patrick's hosting.
