So, instead of changing how you eat why not make a resolution that will control your screen time and while on the process you lose your weight without you knowing it. Most of the time people who are aspiring to lose weight follow rules or diet plans that are not good or suitable for them. Hence, the losing weight of choice is not realistic for them and won't work in the end. Avoid eating in front of TV. Those people who eat in front of TV or eating while watching TV tend to eat more than those people who don't. Thus, if you are one of those people who eat while watching then you better stop it. Another tip is to stop talking over the phone and munching or eating because you tend to forgot the amount of food you eat since you are already out-focused. Lastly, don't eat in fast-food restaurants because more or else you'll forget to watch out the type and kind of foods that you will be eating. Restaurants have lots of delicious and mouth watering foods t offer and if you are there you can't help yourself but to buy some of your favorite foods.
