Rosie Perez ‘The View’: Leaving The Show After Fights With Rosie O’Donnell And Whoopi Goldberg?

In the past few months since Rosie Perez's "The View" tenure first began, she has often made headlines over her huge fights with members of the talk show that sees her sharing a table with actresses Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg - and now rumors have surfaced that Perez will no longer be on the show.

Considering just how many times that Rosie Perez's "The View" issues have made headlines since she first appeared on the show four months ago, it would hardly be a surprise to see her leave after such a short time - maybe the pressure is too high for her.

According to Us Weekly, the latest unconfirmed regarding Rosie Perez in "The View" says that the "Do the Right Thing" actress will be announcing her departure from the ABC show soon, as she's leaving for a Broadway production for a month and it's apparently understood that she won't be coming back.

The New York Daily News states that Rosie Perez's "The View" tenure has already seen the last show, as the actress will be taking up the entire month of January to act in the Broadway production of "Fish in the Dark," a role she was already scheduled to be playing - but now it seems like she won't be coming back as previously planned, partly due to her different issues with her co-hosts.

However, Deadline reports that ABC has slashed the claims that Perez is leaving the view, stating these are nothing but rumors and that she will be coming back after her Broadway run is over.

"Rosie Perez is currently in rehearsal for her Broadway play," said a representative for "The View," speaking out about the rumors of Perez leaving. "Her status with the show has not changed."

Among Rosie Perez's "The View" issues is the story of having been left crying backstage after a heavy brawl between Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg.
