Ellen DeGeneres Golden Globes: Ellen Spoofs George Clooney’s Amal Alamuddin Speech [VIDEO]

As it would be expected, even though she wasn't the hostess of the show, Ellen DeGeneres Golden Globes spoofs had been expected ... and, of course, if you're going to mock someone, mock the best: so she went right towards George Clooney's acceptance speech for the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award.

After the first major awards show of the year, Ellen DeGeneres Golden Globes mock had to be expected, and, of course, Hollywood big timer George Clooney was the first one to be the butt of jokes - specially considering just how much his wife Amal Alamuddin has been criticized since the award show for looking incredibly bored.

According to The New York Daily News, Ellen DeGeneres' Golden Globes spoof happened in the show aired last Tuesday, as she made light of the love story between Clooney and Alamuddin, who have been married since the last summer after a surprise engagement in spring 2014.

Us Weekly reports that Ellen DeGeneres' Golden Globes clip featured the "Ellen Show" funny woman and often host of award shows in a video montage sitting next to Clooney's wife Amal Alamuddin, as she listened to the speech her husband dedicated to her in the past Globes.

"There were a lot of good speeches," said Ellen in her show, speaking about Clooney's heartwarming speech to his wife and the France situation of Charlie Hebdo, according to The Daily Mail. "And his was amazing. It just did not end the way that I thought it would."

The hilarious Ellen video shows the comedienne listening to the speech with loving eyes, as if it was directed towards her - right until the actor, director, screeenwriter and producer mentioned the name of his new wife Amal, making Ellen look fairly out of place.

As she admitted she was smitten by the speech, Ellen DeGeneres' Golden Globes video is absolutely hilarious - and you can watch it below!
